We offer simple, flat-rate shipping throughout Australia.

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150

All orders are carefully packed and shipped with Australia Post.

International Shipping

Our international shipping rates are simple, with flat-rate postage for parcels up to 1kg.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order is dispatched and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Can't wait for something fabulous? Neither can we!

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll send your available pieces straight away and ship your pre-order separately as soon as it arrives.

The best part? We'll cover the additional shipping cost for your pre-order, so there's nothing extra for you to pay. This excludes international shipping. The items will all be shipped together once pre-order is available.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your MOSK goodies right to your door.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Returns

How to Return Your MOSK

Need to arrange a return? Simply email us at hello@moskmelbourne with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, we'll provide you with return instructions and our postal address.

Return Shipping Costs

For both Australian and international orders, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item is faulty, please contact us before returning it. Once the item has been received and assessed, we'll reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Where a refund is the appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we'll also refund the original shipping charge.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for change of mind returns lost in transit.

Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

All sale and clearance items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.
